The Associate Director, Scientific Services is engaged to fill 3 fundamental functions.

Provide scientific and clinical expertise at a medical education/scientific communications company. Oversee a team of 3-5 medical writers and senior medical directors across multiple indications for a single brand.

The Clinical Services Department (CSD) has oversight and creation responsibilities for all program content. The vice president’s principle responsibilities are to manage the department P&L, utilization, resource allocations, further the development of junior clinical personal while continuing to provide clinical and strategic support with content development for new business and existing accounts.

Provides leadership, motivation and direction to the medical affairs division. Demonstrates in depth understanding of all assigned therapeutic areas within division. Consistently develops highly credible content for full range of medical education programs (promotional and CME) without supervision.
