The Director, Creative Services oversees creative staff and overall department management, and is responsible for collaboration with senior management and support teams to ensure client programs are implemented with strategic insight, exceptional creative and outstanding customer service. The Director, Creative Services supports business development/sales efforts and corporate initiatives to final deliverables through overseeing and ensuring delivery of high-quality creative across all accounts and corporate communications

The Creative Services Department provides high-quality design solutions to the company and its clients. The Senior Graphic Designer’s primary responsibilities include creation, execution and management of creative projects for the company, under the direction of Creative/Art Director(s).

As the creative lead on the project team, the Creative Director is responsible for developing and implementing creative direction (leadership and vision) on assigned proposals and projects. Responsibilities include developing effective concepts designed to fulfill clearly articulated strategic communications objectives.

The Art Director will provide design leadership on an array of Interactive projects for a roster of world-class pharmaceutical and biotech clients. From conceptualization to completion, the Art Director should be able to work both hands-on, as well as supervise and mentor Designers, on assigned projects. The Art Director is responsible for maintaining the integrity of design, while ensuring that the creative is strategically on target, on time and on budget.
